Alex Sanders In Bexhill

Dear all,

Alex Sanders the famous occultist lived his later years in Bexhill's Old Town.
Do someone know where?

I'm french (so excuse my bad english) and I was in your town last year but I was not able to find where the "King of the Witches" used to lived, but I hope to find his house next time.

May you help me?

I believe his house was the last house (timber panelled?) on the right hand side of the High Street (Old Town) on the bend entering Chantry Lane. It is next to a converted sweet shop (very small cottage now) that used to be called the Bee Hive. Unsure if the house has a name. My friends and I had drinks with Alex once many years ago in The Bell ... nice enough chap.

Hi, if anyone can tell me where the house is I can go and take some pictures as I just live round the corner. I looked at buying a house up there but there was a feeling of darkness/heaviness around that whole area that put me off. I am susceptible to aura and felt it was black up there. You know when you visit a suicide spot and get that feeling of bleakness? well, you can feel it there. The birds don't sing up these either. It's horrible. The Bell is on the market. It didn't do well. That has the feeling of darkness too. That whole area seems to be trapped in the past. Spooky!!
