Lent is about fasting / giving something up, focusing on scripture and giving to charity.
May I encourage readers to give up their daily paper.
Spend that time each day reading the Christian scriptures / New Testament. I can provide a 30 day reading plan.
Give the money saved to the Bexhill Food Bank.
