Family History Research - Childrens Holiday Home 1911

I am interested in any information in regard to a Childrens Holiday Home that once was at 16 Egerton Rd, Bexhill-on-sea.

I believe my Great Aunt worked there as a young servant girl in 1911 (UK Census).

The head of house is recorded as Miss Ruth Yates, Secretary to the Home. Listed also is her nephew Howerd Selwyn-Yates.
